Providing Web Page Updates to IHRIf IHR updates your web pages, there are two major methods for you to send us your updates: 1) Send a hardcopy version of your updatesMethod: Print the web page, hand-write comments, then fax the updated page back to IHR at 925-284-9362 When to use this method. Use this method only when you have minor updates to a page, such as a sentence or a few words. 2) Send an electronic version of your updatesThere are a number of ways you can send us an electronic version of your page updates, including: Method A: Access the web page you want to update, copy and paste the contents of the page/section into MS Word, make your changes, then copy and paste that information directly into your email, and send the email to IHR. Method B: Access the web page you want to update, copy and paste the contents of the page/section into MS Word, make your changes, then save your MS Word document, and email the MS Word file to IHR as an email attachment. When to use methods A or B above: Send an electronic
version of your updates when you have more than a few sentences to update. If
you were to send hardcopy, then IHR would need to re-type the information, which
is more susceptible to typos and costs you more money in labor time.
